hello@lacuna.markets Response time is usually within a day or two. We don't publish a phone number, a support form, or a contact chatbot — if it can't fit in an email, it probably can't fit here.
What's worth emailing us about
- Factual corrections. A quoted tweet is misattributed, a price is stale, a source is dead — send it over and we'll fix the article and note the correction.
- Arguments with a call. Strong counter-reads are the most valuable thing in our inbox. If you can make the case against our current view on a market, we'll either update the call in public or defend it in print.
- Markets you think we should be covering. The curator sees most of the Polymarket catalog by volume, but it misses thin markets where a small group of informed people are arguing about something real. Those are the best ones.
- Partnerships, press, syndication. Same address. Put a clear subject line on it.
